OH MY FREAKING GOD, YEAH BABY!!!! :D
I’m out of the 150’s!!!!!!!!!!!! And I really don’t want to see them again, so from here on out I’ll try my best and not give up. I’ve pretty much excepted the fact that I loose about a steady 1 pound per week, but really, what’s made such a difference is not giving up. Sure, I had 3 crappy days this but I still persevered, and look! I’m so happy I have the strength to not a slip up screw me over for good. I was totally expecting a gain from my binge on Wednesday, but I lost more than a pound, and I could not be happier!
This week, I plan to count my calories at least 5 days, but write down what I eat everyday. And for my calorie range, anything below 1500 is good with exercise, but aim for 1300. And I plan to work out a little bit today!

It’s all a process, it’s not a battle lost, just a few soldiers. The war is still going full speed ahead!
I’m not angry or upset, I know what brought it on. It was the super restrictive diet I had been on since Monday where I only eat fruit and veggies, then my body decided it had enough and when food was brought out it wanted it. I did throw up, I shouldn’t have, but I did. Like I said, I can only keep moving forward.
I’ve decided to sort out my eating habits right now. :)
I can eat three meals a day, and two snacks. :) As much fruit as I want, but not after 4, and no carbs after 4. I can only eat 1-2 servings of starchy carbs a day. For breakfast, a protein and fruit, my mid morning snack is a fruit and a diet soda (The thing I look forward to all day!), lunch is usually a salad, and I can eat a snack mid afternoon snack which is either nuts or a some kind of treat (Like a skinny cow!) but only 1 treat a day! And very limited dairy, one serving a day if at all. For dinner, it’s protein and veggies, and when I get home I can have a glass of almond milk. Also, one cup of beans a day if I wish.
So there we go! And I am excited for weigh in this Sunday! :)
And I have to start recording my intake again!

I’m very excited because tomorrow I start the Eat to Live diet. :D
Since that means I’ll be vegan for the next 6 weeks, today I had lots of fun. I ate pretty bad, but I did have my weigh in and I’m pleased!
This week’s weight: 150.8 :D
I am FINALLY 150, which is AMAZING.
Today I ate-
- Oatmeal pumpkin hot cakes ((recipe on my page and no more oatmeal for the next 6 weeks :( ))
- Egg salad on wrap
- Vanilla yogurt with walnuts, granola, and brown sugar
- Smoothie made of yogurt, strawberries, and honey
- Goat cheese and pesto ravioli
- More yogurt, walnuts, strawberries, and brown sugar
As you can see- that’s A LOT of yogurt, but because I can’t eat anymore of it for the next 6 weeks and I LOVE YOGURT, I thought I’d eat as much as I pleased today. :) But everything as in portion and no binge.
